Qld: Talented triathlete Harrop dies after hit and run accident

BRISBANE, AAP Jan 13 - Police believe they know the female driver of a stolen car thatstruck and killed talented triathlete Luke Harrop in a hit-and-run accident.
Harrop, 24, died in hospital at midday today. He had been on life support after sufferingmassive head injuries in yesterday's accident in Bermuda Street, Robina on the Gold Coast.
Police have given the driver of the stolen Ford Laser until tomorrow to contact themor they will release her name and photograph.
Officers contacted her by mobile phone. She agreed to meet them at 1pm …
